At Colors Art Studio our goal is to provide quality service to all our students weekly. No-shows, 24 hr cancellations, and last minute cancellations will result in a cancellation fee 50% of the hourly cost. Please be aware of our policy regarding booked classes.

When you book a session with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. In order to be respectful of your fellow peers, please call Anush atleast 2 days before Saturday if your child will not be able to make it to class to avoid paying a cancellation fee.

If cancellation is absolutely necessary hours before class starts, we require that you call at least in advance and pay 50% of the booking fee ($17.50) Bookings are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another student access to Sign Up for that session time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment without a fee.
If you need to cancel your booking, please call or text us (323) 823-8226 atleast 2 days before Saturday.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than a 24 hour period before the booking time. A no-show is when a student misses a class  without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the parent a $17.50 missed booking fee.

For new student’s first booking, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new student fee. $35
